WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF A 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE TIFFIN FIRE ASSOCIATION FOR FIRE PROTECTION AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR THE CITIZENS OF TIFFIN be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
