Following review of applications, resume screening, and interviews, staff identified Robert Hora as the most qualified candidate. Robert brings over five years of public grounds maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities, equipment operation, safety awareness, and year-round outdoor work. His experience aligns directly with the daily and seasonal needs of Tiffin’s parks and public grounds. Recommendation Staff recommends the City Council approve the hiring of Robert L.
