RESOLUTION NO. 2013-071 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013 Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a Cost of Living increase this year, and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to increase employee pay by an annual rate of 3% in FY2014 effective on July 1, 2013. On the 24th day of April, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-071, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Bermer declared that the Resolution No. 2013-071, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013 TO be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
