RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 045 RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVMENT PROJECTS IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa will set the date of MARCH 27, 2013 at 6: 30 P.M. for the Public Hearing on proposed Plans, Specifications, Forme of Contract and Estimated Cost for the Construction of the 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS in and for the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa. DIV 1- Old Town Watermain Improvements DIV 2- Deleted due to time constraints DIV 3- PCC Island Removal at Roberts Ferry Road DIV 4- Parking Lot and Sidewalk at Potter Park DIV 5- Roberts Ferry Road HMA Overlay DIV 6- Jasper Avenue North HMA Surfacing DIV 7- Kimberlite Extension, Parking and Sidewalks DIV 8- Parking Lot and Sidewalk West side of Jasper Avenue ( Resolution # 2013- 005) DIV 9- Parking Lot and Soccer Field East side of Jasper Avenue ( Resolution # 2013- 005) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: The date for the Public Hearing on Proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimated Costs of the aforementioned project is set for March 27, 2013 at 6: 30 P.
