NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 6:30 p.m., in the Springmier Library at the CCA Middle School, Tiffin, Iowa, on the 26th day of September, 2012, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the question of amending the urban renewal plan for the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area for the purpose of authorizing the undertaking of three new urban renewal projects consisting of (1) constructing a new water tower in the Urban Renewal Area; (2) constructing a water line under a portion of I-80 situated in the Urban Renewal Area; and (3) extending that portion of Ireland Avenue situated in the Urban Renewal Area to connect with Highway 6. A copy of the amendment is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk. At said hearing any interested person may file written objections or comments and may be heard orally with respect to the subject matters of the hearing. Michon Jackson City Administrator/Clerk
