WHEREAS- City Council awarded Metro Pavers, Inc. the contract for the construction of Trails Phase Four. Bid let' by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP— E- 7662( 609)- 8V- 52. WHEREAS: Metro Pavers; Inc. has now presented a partial payment for ( 380/6) for the amount of payment for $ 85, 238. 52. Q THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to make payment on the Pay Estimate # 3 and sign appropriate forms. At a' regular meeting of City Council on the 14th. dayof December 2011- Resolution 2011- 60' 4 RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR' TRAILS PHASE FOUR PAY ESTIMATE # 3 was introduced by Councilperson Travis Weipert and made a motion for approval.
