CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 60 4 ' RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS : PHASE FOUR PAY ESTIMATE # 3 WHEREAS: City Council awarded Metro Pavers, Inc. the contract for the construction of Trails Phase Four. Bid let by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP— E- 7662( 609)- 8V- 52. WHEREAS: Metro Pavers, Inc. has now presented. a partial payment for ( 38%) for the amount of payment for $ 85, 238. 52. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of'Tiffin,. lowa to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to make payment on the Pay Estimate # 3 and sign appropriate forms.
