E A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010- 2011 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011. 9 WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to' file a financial report to the State of Iowa Auditor' s Office for year ending June 30, 2011. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally recognized newspaper, the completed financial report.
