r / a t CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2011- 56 ' A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010- 2011 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required` to file a financial report to the State of Iowa Auditor' s Office for year ending June 30, 2011. WHEREAS, the- City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally recognized newspaper the completed financial report. Upon receipt of proof of legalpublishing the completed and signed report will be` submitted to the State of Iowa Auditor' s Office by the City Clerk / Treasurer. t NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O F THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: to approve Annual Financial Report anddirect Mayor and City Clerk / Treasurer to publish as required and submit to State of Iowa Auditor' s Office.
