r k RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 36 RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF THE 2011 SEWER LINING PROJECT 0 WHEREAS: Visu- Sewer has completed the contracted work of cleaning and lining. the second section df city sanitary sewer in accordance to the contract signed for approval of such work on March 14, 2011. WHEREAS: on the 29th of July Visu- Sewer has presented an invoice for the amount of 56, 610. 50 for payment from the City of Tiffin. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to approve and make payment to Visu- Sewer for the amount of $ 56, 610. 50 with funds from the Local Option Sales Tax Fund as budgeted by City Council and the Council directs the Mayor and City Clerk to proceed with payment. 10th At a regular City' Council meeting on the day of August 2011 Resolution -2011- 36 was introduced by Councilperson Chris Ball and made a motion for approval.
