Whereas, _the °City Council' of the City of Tiffin`; lowa' has reviewed and will determine the renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested bythe business establishment known as the " The Depot Tiffin" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. d z Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol Permiffor "The Depot Tiffin". 'City Council directs the City Clerk to,,submit for local' authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. - 9th On the day of March 2011',' at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.. Councilperson Chris Ball introduced Resolution 2011- 11 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESSESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED, WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,- IOWA , EFFECTIVE APRIL 1-1 2011, made a, motion for approval.
