t r. e RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 10 A RESOL'UTION' APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR- ' CASEY' S GENERAL STORE# 2667" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2011. Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the' renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as " Casey' s General Store # 2667" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol Permit for "Casey' s General Store # 2667". City,Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa. Alcoholic Beverages Division. day of March 2011, at a regular meetingof the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. 9th On the Councilperson Mike Gericke introduced Resolution 2011- 10 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR " CASEY' S GENERAL STORE # 2667" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA -EFFECTIVE APRIL 24; 2011 made a motion for approval. Seconded by Council person Chris Ball. Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike' Gericke, Mark Petersen, and Travis Weigert i b Nays: None Absent None.
