RESOLUTION 2011- 55, A RESOLUTION TO CERTIFY 20.12- 2013 TIFFIN, IOWAPTI F, REVENUE REQUEST TO THE JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AUDITOR WHEREAS,- the City bf Tiffin, Iowa is required to certify the TI F Increment Tax revenue request for fiscal year 2012- 2013 to the Johnson County, Iowa Auditor per Iowa Code Secti6n 403. 19 Tax Increment Financing' Indebtedness. WHEREAS, the City of, Tiffin, Iowa needs to prepare and certify wit ' 6 Johnson County, Iowa Auditor' s Office by December V, 2011, the estimated amounts needed to fund indebtedness for Capital Improvement Projects identified and aooroved' by the City Council of Tiffin' within the named Urban Renewal- Areas, Iowa to expend appropriated. TIF Funds as the City Council deems necessary. for the continuatioh of growth and betterment of the community. v`.
