Section 5. The amendment to the urban renewal plan for the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area incorporating this area, attachedhereto and made a part hereof, is hereby in all respects app`rov6d. Section 6. All resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, to the extent of such conflict.
