CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO: 2010- 05 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2010 BALL FIELD RESERVATION RATES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa has determined that fee rates for the reservation of Tiffin Ball Fields for the 2010 Baseball Season are necessary for the field maintenance and preparation of such ballfields. Whereas, the City Council has determined that the attached Baseball Field Usage Fees as part of the 2010 Tiffin Ball Field Usage Agreement will be implemented. Therefore, these fees will be charged accordingly to teams reserving the fields for practices and games as scheduled with the Parks Department during the 2010 Baseball Season. Councilperson Chris Ball introduced a RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2010 BALL FIELD RESERVATION RATES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Travis Weipert. Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Travis Weipert Nays: Mark Petersen Absent: Mike Gericke WHEREUPON, three votes approving RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2010 BALL FIELD RESERVATION RATES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, Mayor Phillips adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 10th Passed by the City Council on the day of February 2010 and approved by the 12th Mayor on the day February 2010.
