Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on March 11th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Travis Whitmore, Nick Ford, Gina Landau. Absent: Luther Parker. Others present Building Official Brian Shay, Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson and Nick Andersen. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Whitmore. Second by Ford. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of February Meeting Minutes Motion to approve February Meeting Minutes by Ford. Second by Whitmore. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion and consideration of Lotus Hill OPD amendments Discussion: Developer proposed narrower lots with some zero entry units with ADA buildouts for future use for Lotus Hill. Also proposed standard R-1C for the north portion of Andersen Addition 3rd addition. Motion to approve agenda by Landau. Second by Whitmore. All ayes, agenda approved. E. OPD Update No updates. F.
