Street Light Resolution Tiffin, Iowa. Alliant Energy Cedar Rapids, IA The following Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the city of Tiffin, Iowa, at meeting held on 11th of February, 2008. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that Alliant Energy is hereby directed to make the following changes to the existing system, at the locations described herein (or shown on an attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing street light contract.
