RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 28 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE HWY 6 WIDENING PROJECT — A JOINT PROJECT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA ANDTHEIOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA 12th WHEREAS, on this day of November, 2008, plans, specifications, and form of contract were filed with the City of Tiffin for fhe reconstruction and improvements to the US Hwy 6 Widening Project within the City of Tiffin, Iowa. WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, including an addendum, and form -of contract was published in timely manner, as required by law, now. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the said plans, specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for this above mentioned project.
