RELEASE KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of Tiffin, Iowa, does hereby release the following described property: Lot 19, Woodfield Ridge Part One, Tiffin, Iowa, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 52, Page 117, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa, from a lien or cloud upon the title placed thereon by a certain Subdivider’s Agreement entered into with the developer of said subdivision and the City of Tiffin, Iowa, which agreement was recorded July 5, 2007, in Book 4184, Page 265, records of the Recorder for Johnson County, Iowa, only as to public improvements.
