ON THE 11th day of July, 2007, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DEER VIEW ESTATES PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ayes: Nays: Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DEER VIEW ESTATES PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
