The motion was seconded by Councilperson Wright A Petersen, - Bartels, Wright and Demuth Ayes4 Nay's: Dils Motion carried. M WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING` THE- FINAL. PLAT OF DEER VIEW ESTATES PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
