WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
ENTERING INTO OF A " 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE TIFFIN FIRE
ASSOCIATION FOR JOINT FIRE PROTECTION AND OTHER EMERGENCY
SERVICES FOR THE CITIZENS OF TIFFIN be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. °
PASSED, by the Council on the 9th day of 'May 2007, and approved by the
Mayor on the 9th day of May 2007.
