The motion was seconded by Councilperson Petersen DeMuth, Gericke, Bartels, Dils and Petersen Ayes Nays: None. .. Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TIMBER RIDGE VIEW PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
