Ordinance # 2004- 267 Page 2 On the 12`h day of May 2004, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Rartels; introduced Ordinance No. 2004- 267, and moved that it be given its first reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Huedepohl Huedepohl, Bartels, and Dils. Ayes: Nayes: None. Absent: Petersen and Gericke. - 2 members of the council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glen R. Potter Th r— declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2004- 267, was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. On the 9th day of June 2004, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced Ordinance No. 2004- 267, and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Huedepohl. Whereupon Mayor Glenn R. Potter read the ordinance the second time by title only. Ayes: Gericke, Bartels, Dils, Huedepohl. Nayes: Motion carried. Thereupon it was moved by Councilperson Bartels and seconded by Councilperson Dils to read ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 267 entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS ALONG IRELAND AVENUE ( EXTENSION OF ROBERTS FERRY ROAD) ( AS OWNED BY GRACE- BACULIS FARM PARTNERSHIP), a third time and that the rules requiring a second and third reading and reading on three separate dates be dispensed with and the ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 267 was placed upon record. Ayes: Gericke, Dils, Bartels and Huedepohl Nayes: None. Absent: Petersen. Motion carried. Councilmember Dils moved and Huedepohl seconded that ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 267 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS ALONG IRELAND AVENUE ( EXTENSION OF ROBERTS FERRY ROAD) ( AS OWNED BY GRACE- BACULIS FARM PARTNERSHIP), having been read and placed on record be finally placed upon its final passage and adopted.
