WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ROGER UTSLER AND DONNA M. WILLIAMS-UTSLER AND THE EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH GREG APEL, LYNN APEL, J. THOMAS LAWRENCE, SANDRA A. LAWRENCE, CHARLES D. SWENKA AND MAGINA F. SWENKA FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY SERVICES, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 17th day of December 2003, and approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of December 2003.
