On the 29th day of October, 2003, at a Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART TWO, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Bartels. AYE: Shaffer, Bartels, Gericke, Dils and Huedepohl NAY: None ABSENT: None Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART TWO, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
