WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF MARION'S 1ST SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 9th day of April 2003, and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of April 2003.
