RESOLUTION NO. 2003-30 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2003 WELL #4 PROJECT WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August 2003, plans, specifications and form of contract were filed with the City of Tiffin, Iowa for the construction of the 2003 WELL #4 PROJECT in and for the City of Tiffin, Iowa. WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract was published as required by law. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN: That the said plans, specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for said project. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 10th DAY OF September, 2003 AYE: Shaffer, Huedepohl, Dils, Bartels and Gericke None. NAY: None. ABSENT: None.
