WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ATTACHED CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH GALAXY TELECOM, INC., WHICH GRANTS A NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, ERECT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
