8. Mitchell shall hold the City harmless on any claim arising from the any negligent or intentional actions by Mitchell giving rise to a claim against the City. 9. Mitchell shall receive forty percent (40%) of the cost of each building permit issued and which he or his authorized agent reviews, and he shall receive one-hundred percent (100%) of all inspection fees collected and upon which he or his authorized agent performs an inspection. These rates are currently reflected in "Attachment A" herein. 10. Mitchell and any authorized agent acting on his behalf shall maintain accurate and legible records of all activities undertaken pursuant to their obligations under the present contract, and the same shall be available to the City upon demand. Mitchell shall provide such documentation as the Clerk or Council may require for approval of payments pursuant to this contract. Dated this 8th of December, 1993 in Tiffin, Iowa.
