Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Tim Kasparek 509,was read declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2024- the first time, discussed, and placed on record. On the 19th day of March, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced Ordinance 509,and No. 2024- moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler Nays: None Tim Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2024- 509, was read Kasparek the second time and discussed and placed on record. On the 2nd day of April, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson 509,and Schnedler introduced Ordinance No. 2024- moved that it be given its third and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Orris. Havens Ayes: Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Nays: Tim Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Kasparek declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. 509 be adopted and No. 2024- Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance thereto. Passed by the signified his approval of same by fixing his signature Council on the 2nd day of April, 2024 and approved by the Mayor on the 3rd day of April, 2024.
