CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2023- 500 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO REZONE A PORTION OF 2480 HIGHWAY 6 NW TIFFIN HEIGHTS WEST) FROM R -1B to R - 1D, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the 1. official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning a portion of 2480 Highway 6 NW ( Tiffin Heights West) Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property: DESCRIPTION - ZONING PARCEL R1 -B TO R1 - D Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 80 North, Range 7 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Johnson County, Iowa; Thence S89° 14' 55" W, along the North Line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 535. 86 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence S00° 05" 30' E, 69 feet; Thence 178. S89° 29' 55" W, 34. 00 feet; Thence N00° 05" 30' W, 54 feet, to a Point on the North Line of said 178.
