ATTEST: Abigail Hora, City Clerk I, Abigail Hora, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO REZONE THE PROPERTY FORMALLY KNOWN AS THE 'LUNDT PROPERTY' (IRELAND AVENUE SW AND FRONTAGE ROAD) FROM R-1E TO M-2, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, and known as No. 2020-476 was duly passed by the Council on the 20th day of October 2020, and signed by the Mayor on the 20th day of October 2020, and published on the 21st day of October 2020, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
