Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Upton Nays: None Five members ofthe Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Steve Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2018-434, was read the first time, discussed, and placed onrecord.
