I, Ashley Platz, City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2006-274, BY ADDING LANGUAGE TO REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION OF ONE CUSTOM 7 CONDUCTOR VDC AND BATTERY ALARM CABLE FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S POINT OF CONNECTION TO THE DEMARCATION POINT WITHIN THE BUILDING FOR SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES and known as No. 2017-421 was duly passed by the Council on the 16th day of January 2018, and signed by the Mayor on the 17th day of January 2018, and published on the 18th day of January 2018, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
