Purpose. The purpose ofthis ordinance istoamend the official zoning map ofthe City ofTiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as st Subdivision, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property: REZONING DESCRIPTION Lot1 -R-1ETOC-1B LOT1HOYT'S1STSUBDIVISION TOTIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. SAIDLOT1CONTAINS 43,454SQUARE FEETANDISSUBJECT TOEASEMENTS ANDRESTRICTIONS OFRECORD. shall be changed from zoning classification R-1E (Estate Family) TOC-1B Neighborhood Business District) and further, that the official zoning map ofthe City beamended toreflect the change described herein. Section 3.Repealer. All ordinances or parts ofordinances in conflict with the provisions ofthis Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. Ifany section, provision, or part ofthis ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid orunconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity ofthe ordinance asawhole, or any section, provision, orpart thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be ineffect after itsfinal passage, approval, and posting asprovided by law. Onthe3 rdday ofOctober 2017, ataregular meeting ofthe Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Ordinance No. 2017-414, and moved that itbegiven itsfirst reading.
