The Mayor presided andtheroll was called, showing members present andabsent asfollows: Present: AlHavens, JoKahler, Peggy Upton Absent: JimBartels, Mike Ryan. Council Member Havens Ordinance No.2017-408An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2014-365, AnOrdinance Designating anArea ofTiffin, Itwas moved byCouncil Member Havens andseconded byCouncil Member Kahler that theaforementioned ordinance benow adopted. The Mayor put thequestion onthemotion and theroll being called, thefollowing named Council Members voted: Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Havens. Nays: None. Whereupon, theMayor declared themotion duly carried anddeclared thatsaid ordinance hadbeen given itsinitial passage. Itwas moved byCouncil Member Ryan andseconded byCouncil Member Upton that the statutory rule requiring said ordinance tobeconsidered and voted onforpassage attwo City Council meetings prior tothemeeting atwhich itistobefinally passed besuspended and that said ordinance beregarded ashaving been considered and voted onforpassage attwo prior Council meetings. The Mayor putthequestion onthemotion and therollbeing called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None. Whereupon, theMayor declared themotion duly carried.
