Purpose. The purpose ofthis ordinance istoamend the official zoning map ofthe City ofTiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as Lots 6-9Prairie West, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property: DESCRIPTION - REZONING PARCELC-1OTOC-1B LOT6,7,8AND9OFPRAIRIEWESTADDITION TOTIFFIN, JOHNSONCOUNTY, IOWA. SAIDLOTS CONTAIN 228,185SQUAREFEETANDISSUBJECT TOEASEMENTS ANDRESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. shall bechanged from zoning classification C-1O (Restricted Office District) TO C-1B (Neighborhood Business District) and further, that the official zoning map ofthe City be amended to reflect the change described herein. Section 3.Repealer. All ordinances or parts ofordinances in conflict with the provisions ofthis Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. Ifany section, provision, or part ofthis ordinance shall beadjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity ofthe ordinance asawhole, or any section, provision, orpart thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. Effective Date.
