Purpose. The purpose ofthis ordinance istoamend the official zoning map ofthe City ofTiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as Lot 10Prairie West, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property: DESCRIPTION - REZONING PARCELC-2BTOC-1B LOT10OFPRAIRIEWESTADDITION TOTIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. SAIDLOT10 CONTAINS 56,485SQUARE FEETANDISSUBJECTTOEASEMENTS ANDRESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. shall bechanged from zoning classification C-2B (Community Business District) TO C-1B (Neighborhood Business District) and further, that the official zoning map of the City be amended to reflect the change described herein. Section 3.Repealer. All ordinances or parts ofordinances in conflict with the provisions ofthis Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. Ifany section, provision, or part ofthis ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid orunconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity ofthe ordinance asawhole, or any section, provision, orpart thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after itsfinal passage, approval, and posting asprovided by law.
