I, Tim Long, Clerk/Administrator of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SECTION 92.08 OF CHAPTER 92, TO DECREASE THE WATER DEPOSIT AMOUNT and known as No. 2015-373 was duly passed by the Council on the 22nd day of April 2015, and signed by the Mayor on the 23rd day of April 2015, and published on the 24th day of April 2015, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
