I, Michon Jackson, Clerk/Administrator of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, CHAPTER 99, TO INCLUDE AN EXCEPTION TO SEWER USAGE CHARGES and known as No. 2014-352 was duly passed by the Council on the 26th day of March 2014, and signed by the Mayor on the 31st day of March 2014, and published on the 31st day of March 2012, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa. That I posted copies of Ordinance No. 2014-352 in the following places: The Depot, Tiffin, Iowa Casey's, Tiffin, Iowa Solon State Bank, Tiffin, Iowa Michon Jackson, City Clerk/Administrator
