CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2013- 327 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS WALKER TRACTS, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning property locally described as Walker Tracts, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property (36 acres): Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 80 North, Range 7 West of the 5th P.M., Johnson County, Iowa, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing, as a point of reference, at the East Quarter Corner of Section 29, Township 80 North, Range 7 West of the 5th Principal Meridian; Thence S00° 00' 00" W, an assumed bearing for the purpose of this legal description, 359. 05 feet to the Centerline of U.S. Highway No. 6 , at Centerline Station No. 136+ 37. 8; Thence N 83° 04' 19" W, 578. 95 feet along said Centerline to the Point- of-Tangency( Centerline Station 130+ 58. 8) of a 71, 132. 4 foot radius curve; Thence Northwesterly along said Centerline on said 71, 132. 4 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly, whose 600. 0 foot chord bears N83° 13' 49" W, to the Point- of-Curvature of said 71, 132. 4 foot radius curve: Thence N6° 26' 41" E, 70. 00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of said U.
