ATTEST: MICHON JACKSON, City Administrator/Clerk I, Michon Jackson, Administrator/Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SECTIONS 92.03 AND 92.04 OF CHAPER 92, TO INCLUDE A LATE PAYMENT FEE AND A NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE and known as No. 2013 -326 was duly passed by the Council on the 10th day of April 2013, and signed by the Mayor on the 17th day of April 2013, and published on the 18th day of April 2013, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
