Section 22: Appeals. Appeals will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission following their procedures. Section 23: Repeater. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 24: Severability. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance will be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication will not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 25: Effective Date. This ordinance will be in effect after its final approval and publication as required by law. On the 8th day of August 2012, at the Regular City Council meeting of the Tiffin, Iowa City Council, Councilperson Weipert introduced Ordinance No. 2012-313 AN ORDINANCE REGARDING POST-CONSTRUCTION STORM WATER RUNOFF CONTROL and moved that it be given its first reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
