12th On the day of January 2011, at the' regular City Council meeting of the Tiffin, Iowa City Council, Council person Mark Petersen made a motion for the second reading for Ordinance.No. 2010- 307 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ORDINANCE 2007- 287 OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY AMENDING THE VILLAGES TIFFIN PART ONE TO INCLUDE PHASE TWO WHICH WILL BE DEVELOPED AS A PAD AND RE- PLAT OF LOT FOUR OF PHASE ONE The motion was seconded by Council person Mike Gericke. Ayes:Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen Nays: Travis Weipert Absent: None Four Members of the Council having voted " Aye", Mayor Royce Phillips declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2010- 307 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ORDINANCE 2007- 287 OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY AMENDING THE VILLAGES TIFFIN PART ONE TO INCLUDE PHASE TWC+WHICH WILL BE DEVELOPED AS A PAD AND RE- PLAT OF LOT FOUR OF PHASE ONE , was I read the second time, discussed and placed on record.
