On the 11th day of March 2009, at the regular City Council meeting of the Tiffin, Iowa City Council, Council person John Wright made a motion to suspend the second reading for Ordinance No. 2009-296, and moved that the third and final reading be made. The motion was seconded by Council person Chris Ball. On the 11th day of March 2009, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Chris Ball introduced Ordinance No. 2009-296, and moved that it be given its third and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson John Wright. Ayes: Chris Ball, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, John Wright Nays: None Absent: Jim Bartels Four Members of the Council being present and voted "Aye". Mayor Royce Phillips declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2009-296 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of March 2009.
