Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Petersen, and seconded by Councilperson Bartels that Ordinance No. 2007-281, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY REZONING FROM R-1E TO R-2 AND R-4, APPROXIMATELY 5.66 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF THE 500 BLOCK OF POTTER STREET, AND A PART OF LOT 6 OF THE JOHNSTON-POTTERFIELD SUBDIVISION, be read for the last time and be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Demuth and Petersen Abstain: None. Nays: None Absent: Wright Five members of the Council being present and four having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R.
