281 CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO 2007— AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY REZONING FROM R- 1E TO R- 2 AND R- 4; APPROXIMATELY 5. 66 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF THE 500 BLOCK. OF POTTER STREET, AND A PART OF LOT 6 OF THE JOHNSTON- POTTERFIELD SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN,' IOWA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE,CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, by rezoning approximately 5. 66 acres accor ding to the Rezoning Exhibit, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Ya Section 2. Amendment.
