Iowa, On the 9th day of May 2007, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Councilperson Dils " moved that the Ordinance No. 2007- 286 be given its second and thirddates reading be and that the rule- requiring a first, second and third reading on three separate waived and dispensed. Five members of the Tiffin City Council being present and four having voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2007- 28 6 was then placed on its second and third reading by title only, and was placed' on the record. Thereupon, it was moved Bartels by Councilperson and seconded by Councilperson Petersen that Ordinance No. 2007- 286, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR DEERVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, be read for the last time and be placed upon its final passage and adopted.
