Ordinance # " 2004= 267 Page 2 12th On the day of May 2004, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City, Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson , Bartels introduced Ordinance No. 2004- 267, and moved that it be given its first reading. the motion was seconded by CouncilpersonHuedepohl . Ayes: Huedepohl, Bartels, and Dils. Nayes: None.- Absent: Petersen and Gericke. Threttembers of the council being present and. having voted " Aye", Mayor Glen R. Potter declared the motion carried,' and Ordinance" No. 2004- 267, was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. On the 9th day of June 2004, at a regular meeting of the- Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, , Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced Ordinance No. 2004-267, and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Huedepohl. Whereupon Maybr Glenn R. Potter read the ordinance the second time by title only. Ayes: Gericke, Bartels, Dils, Huedepohl. Nayes: Motion carried. R. Thereupon read it was moved-by Councilperson Bartels and seconded, by Councilperson Dils to ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 267 entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ' OFFICIAL ZONING MAP- OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS ALONG IRELAND AVENUE ( EXTENSION OF ROBERTS FERRY ROAD) ( AS OWNED BY GRACE- BACULIS FARM PARTNERSHIP), a third time and that the rules. requiring a, second and third reading and reading on three separate dates be dispensed with and the ORDINANCE NO. 2004-267 was placed upon record. Ayes: Gericke, Dils, Bartels and Huedepohl Nayes: None. , Absent:• Petersen. Motion carried.
